Test Bench To Detect Hysteresis on Clutch Disc Assembly ( vertical-servo)
Main Features
* It mainly consists of basic machine , pneumatic-to-hydraulic system, measuring system and servo control system.
* Adopting
pneumatic-to-hydraulic cylinder up working table loading to press out disc assembly, and that amount of
clamp load can be obtained by load cell. Adopting torque servo motor under working table can apply positive or
negative torque to disc assembly, and that torque transducer is used to test torque value, given rotate angle can
be measured by photoelectricity encoder.
* Precise guide loading mechanism.
* Pre-torsion times can be set
* Torsional speed can be set
* Windows operation system, data base function, high accuracy measuring card.
* All measuring results can be stored for query, and its curve displayed on the screen, and to print on A4 paper if
need.
